Mar del Plata filmfest to screen Iran film ‘I Want to’

‘I Want to’ is set to premier internationally at the Mar del Plata Film Festival in Argentina.

Directed by Bahman Farmanara, the movie will experience its first international experience at the 32nd edition of the Argentinean event.

Other Iranian films are also scheduled to be screened at various sections of the festival.

The only Latin American Film Festival which was granted a ‘Category A’ by the FIAPF, the Mar del Plata International Film Festival was created in 1954 out of the need to reflect the universe of Argentine and international cinema, based on the official website of the festival.

As years went by, the Festival established itself as a prominent sample of development and exchange of the cinematographic industry and audiovisual arts.

Mar del Plata International Film Festival is to be launched on November 17-26, in Argentina.
